GitHub Committer Tools - plug-in in inconsistent state #1477

I originally said

I noticed new OpenSCAD Git issues were not getting the Bountysource plugin added i.e. Not getting 'Want to back this issue? Post a bounty on it! We accept bounties via Bountysource.'

That is no longer the case, BUT it is very slow to change the Git issue.

I then mentioned,

I bumbled my way to the Tools, it is not showing 'Installed' against the main project. I tried 'Install', it gets 'Tracker has already been taken'.

It IS installed, as above, it is updating the Git issues (slowly).

This inconsistent state is still the case.
