[ ] Fundraiser activity (Fundraiser X hit 50%, etc)
[ ] Bounty activity (Bounty X was claimed, etc)

Acceptance criteria

We would want to make sure no profanity made it to our twitter feed - so let's limit the user input we retweet where possible
The tweets should be async (via delayed job)
Has it's own twitter user - BountyBot?
We want to be respectful of anonymous donations - do not expose their actual name
Create a Tweet module, include it in the Bounty class.
- Hooks in an after_create event
- will only tweet actual bounties (so if we include it elsewhere, it does nothing)

For this first iteration let's handle only bounties:

If new bounty: $x bounty from Displayname on Trackername: "Issue title..." bountysource.com/issue/ID If bounty increase: Bounty increased from $x to $y by Displayname on "Issue title..." bountysource.com/issue/ID

Replace Displayname with "Anonymous" if anonymous.

"Issue title..." may or may not need to get truncated to fit within Twitter's character limit. Also, URL are shortened by Twitter's t.co, so the character limit of the URL is shorter than you would expect.
