I want to have a way to sift through PRs and rank them, in addition to encouraging feedback. A lot of times the problem isn't just giving feedback, it's knowing which of the 20-100 pending PRs to start with. Some thoughts:
- Rank PRs based on the submitters history (high code acceptance rate? lots of contributions in projects with the same language?)
- better expose :+1: / :shipit: replies, weighed by the commenter's history (same as the submitter's history above)
- tie in reviews to bounty / project tax, as you suggested.
Find ways to make the feedback and review work appreachiated to not only provide incentives for code contributions, but for reviewing, feedback providing and repositoy/issue tracker cleanups. After the fact bounties #153? With money from the team account or project tax #549?
