User Story

As a user, when i log into the website, I should be taken to a modal for additional information.

Acceptance Criteria

When I login for the first time Then I am brought to a modal And i can enter my first name, last name, address, and phone number

Technical notes

• first time logging into the website
  • modal appears with form that includes
    • first name
    • last name
    • address
    • phone number
  • information is saved in database
• update sql database, customer model, requests with additional fields
