Some folder/.acl may contain deprecated acl:defaultForNew to be replaced with acl:default

solution check recursively all folder/.acl when processing the migration

This script can be used https://github.com/bourgeoa/linkRename should be called string replace in turtle files on cssDataPath It was used to replace solid.community to solidcommunity.net for the 2000 server domain migration

do not backup the .acl (this is not needed)
only test the folder/.acl (this may not be a big performance issue)
replacement string
- source : acl:defaultForNew
- destination acl:default
