The reference spectrum may be used to align the wavelengths. For instance, one could measure the wavelengths of the peaks of the two emission lines around ~180nm in the three spectra, and shift the wavelengths of the DownScan and UpScan spectrum accordingly to align the peaks with the reference spectrum.
In the irradiance calculation results (
irradiance.html
), we see that the DownScan and UpScan results are shifted by ~0.02nm relative to the reference spectrum (as well as relative to each other). The reason for this should be explored. Perhaps this is due to an incorrectly applied doppler correction (#2)?
