No, those describe how the servos are arranged around the swash plate.
Phasing corrects for how the heli responds to cyclic inputs.
For example you might give forward cyclic and the heli responds at an angle
instead.
The phase would allow you to adjust the response so that forward stick would
result in forward motion.

As they say there, it can be fixed with a couple of mix lines, but for a CCPM
heli it would get more complicated. The phase correction should be done before
the aileron and elevator inputs are mixed into the 3 swash servos.
