Combine all control switches in one single channel.

What new feature/ability do you want?

Be able to combine all switches in a binary or other better encoding number and 
send this in one (or two) channel(s).

What is the expected output?

At the output channel would expect to see a binary or other encoding value 
showing all switches positions.

What version of the product are you using?

Trunk

The idea is to be able to save channels for doing FPV head tracking + Pitch/Yaw 
for another camera and still being able to send controller switches 
information. This is useful for a multicopter with a FPV pan/tilt unit and 
another Filming camera with Pitch servo, plus the normal thrust/roll/pitch/roll 
of the copter this adds up to 7 channels. Only 1 channels is free to route the 
switches states, and in a multicopter is usefull to have from 2 to 4 switches 
at least. If one is able to combine all switches in one ppm channel, then by 
software in the copter one could extract all this information out and have all 
the switches available.
