Support dates older than 1970 #102

"I have several books in my collection from the 1800 and two from 1795.  
Bookworm won't accept these dates."

This is a valid problem, we need to not rely on epochstamp and allow older 
dates.

Actually it's just the DatePicker, it defaults to 1900-current, which is odd. I 
set it to start at 1500.
