Fix restart.resizeZ #53

nz doesn't need to be a power of 2 anymore
Write new nz to restart file, for BOUT++ consistency check

Github turned off the test action because it contained a cronjob and there was no activity in the repo for the last 60 days. Unfortunately, instead of just turning off the cronjob, it turned off the whole action.

I can't see how to force the action to run so that I can merge this, which is a pain

Ah, same thing happened with a PR I'd had (on boututils?) that I looked at recently. I didn't know what the problem was, so just closed and reopened it, then the actions ran. Seems to have worked here too!
