[CHANGE in >1.141 ] biomaRt: changed attributes result in error in Hit Confirmation #19

Dear all,

some IDs that are retrieved from the biomaRt webservice from Ensembl have changed. I will include the changes in V 1.141 to fix this.

Please update to the latest version!

You can do this in the command line via docker pull boutroslab/crispranalyzer:latest or using Kitematic. For Kitematic, please delete the CRISPRAnalyzeR image and re-download the latest version.
