I uploaded one FASTQ file, just for quick testing. When I clicked on Check Files, there was an error stating that the application expects at least two files and the Rename Files area changed to an error message. When I uploaded two reads files, the red error message unexpectedly remains.
Also, the Check Files button remains disabled, meaning the application has to be restarted.
