Dear users,

so far the Brunello Regular Expression for FASTQ data handling was defined as ACC(...) since the Brunello Library comes with the LentiCrispV2 vector.

However, the correct regular expression pattern is ACCG(.{20}). This will be outdated with the new release 1.21 anyway, but just for your information.

With 1.21 there will be an easy to use selection for libraries.

Please update to V 1.40 which has this fixed.
