CRISPRAnalyzer analysis step repeatedly stalls at 9% #44

Hi Jan,

I have installed the lastest version of your software via docker a few days ago and I have encountered a few problems.

I have uploaded 6 sgRNA count files (2 conditions and 3 replicates) and set-up the groups without any problem. When I launch the analysis with default parameters, it starts and quickly stalls at 9%. There is no error message and I cannot click any button on the analysis screen (I can still navigate the site).

I am working on : Mac OS High Sierra (10.13.2) Docker Version 18.03.0-ce-mac60 (23751) Kitematic 0.17.2

Library: human Gecko v2 A+B

Please let me know if there is any other information you would need me to provide in order to troubleshoot the issue. Thanks in advance! Nathalie

I am having the exact same issue on a PC using the Brunello library.

Hi guys,

sorry for this late response.

So to be correct: once it is the Brunello library @mfwells5 and once GeckoV2 @laillern ? And it is the Analysis step, not the data upload step?

Could you do me a favour please:

Run the analysis again and when it stalls at 9%, please go to the About CRISPRAnalyzeR page and download the log files. Then attach the logfiles or send it directly to me jan.winter@dkfz-heidelberg.de I'll have a look into that ASAP once I got the logs from you guys.

sorry for the hazzle, I have an idea but need some logs to nail it down, as I have no issues with Brunello data here.

Best and thanks for your patience, Jan

I assume the issue is not relevant anymore.

I have met the same problem. Could anyone help me fix it?
