Unable to visualize or download data--Repeatedly disconnected from Server #46

I am trying to demo this for my department and report the usefulness of this program but I keep getting kicked off the server as soon as I try to visualize or download the data post-analysis. It has been happening repeatedly for the past 24 hours on several different machines. Is the server down or something?

No improvement over the past few months. Any response at all would be greatly appreciated. I'm sorry, but this website is useless if no one can access the data.

Hi,

sorry for the late response, I am busy with a new job and my thesis but try my best to solve issues :) .

In case you use the official demo server, please note that this is accessed by many users wordlwide - as soon as it reaches its capacity, this can happen unfortunately.

CRISPRAnalyzeR is designed for local use, the webserver just serves as a demonstration, so it would be best to get a powerful laptop or PC and run the docker image there.

If you need help I can assist you.

Could you please tell me what kind of library and data you tried with the online server?

If you upload larger fastq.gz files the SSD might have run full - the server is shared with some other CRISPRtools from the boutros lab.

Best,

Jan
