Update MAGeCK to v 0.5.7 #50

Dear Jan,

The MAGeCK software has been updated to 0.5.7 version. How can i integrate this newer version into the Docker image? Thank you very much.

Hi Larry,

I am currently on vacation until the beginning of September. Once I am back I will create an updated docker image that incorporates the latest MAGeCK and some bug fixes described in other issues. Unfortunately, the latest MAGeCK will cause some issues so that I have to adapt the code that parses input and output, moreover the underlying python version needs some adaptation as well (and causes other issues such as with BAGEL).

Please be so kind and remember me at the beginning of September, just in case my brain will be so refreshed after the holiday, that I completely forget :)
