what does they mean in the params.txt #1

hi, would you please tell me what does those parameters means in the params.txt? crispra_downstream=50 crispra_upstream=400 crispri_downstream=50 crispri_upstream=300

hi there, these are parameters that take action when purpose_exclusive=1 and purpose=CRISPRa or purpose=CRISPRi and govern in what range around the transcription start sites of the genes' transcripts sgRNA targets are searched.
