In the export menu where plots can currently be saved as graphics (.png, .bmp, .pdf), add a new option .csv that saves all data as comma-separated-values (each line in the plot as a separate column with a name as in the legend). CSV files allow easier data exchange with other tools like Excel.
Also mention all of that in the user manual, the plot exports are currently undocumented.
