Cleanup Syntax folder in Core module

Goal

Cleanup code in the Syntax folder in the Core module by:

• Using FOf<A> instead of Kind<F, A>.
• Removing backticks in MARK sections as they do not render properly in Jazzy.
• Removing returns.
• Replacing fix by ^.
