Does MedSAM enable automatic segmentation? Or do I have to set the bounding box manually? #166

i want to implement automatic segmentation, like original SAM, but it seems that the result is not good.

Hi @yllgl

Yes, medsam is a promptable segmentation method. You need to specify the bbox as we show in the tutorial.
