point prompts #239

hi,

can medsam be used with point prompts? will it perform worse since it wasn't trained so?

Hi @dannybarash7 ,

It was not trained with point prompts.

We provide a simple baseline to incorporate the scribble prompts (including points)https://github.com/bowang-lab/MedSAM/tree/LiteMedSAMScribble
