Is there a ViT-L and Vit-H based MedSAM which is public? #274

Dear authors: It's a great project! I've seen it in Nature. I just wonder that it seems that your public MedSAM model is mainly based on ViT-b, I wonder if, in your series of models, there are models based on ViT-L and ViT-H. And I totally understand if they are not convenient to go public now, or if I've misunderstood your code or your models. Thanks for your answer!

Thanks for your interest.

We didn't use the ViT-L and ViT-H because the performance gains are marginal when increasing the model size based on the original SAM paper.
