point prompt inference #275

Hello author, thanks for providing open source code, will there be a follow-up inference process code based on lite-medsam point prompts, I am changing the box in the inference_2D.py to point, but there will always be an error, I hope you can still standard code, thank you

We create a scribble model, which is more general than the point prompt. https://github.com/bowang-lab/MedSAM/tree/LiteMedSAMScribble
