Tutorial for reverse perturbation prediction? #150

Dear team I was wondering if you have plans to share a notebook detailing the fine-tuning process for reverse perturbation prediction, as mentioned in section 2.3, line 208.

Thank you for the inquiry! Please feel free to find the Fig3_FG_ReversePerturb.py script in the https://zenodo.org/records/10466117 repository for the reverse perturbation workflow given a finetuned perturbation prediction model. The finetuning process is same as perturbation prediction finetuning, except in this experiment, we finetuned the model only on a training subset from the Norman dataset.
