Hi, have you tried to retrained scGPT on multi-omic datasets of plants ?

Hi, we haven't tried that. I think it can make more sense to directly do a fresh training based on the code and model architecture. Loading the pre-trained human model is probably not necessary, since the model is trained on human data and the vocabulary only contains human genes.
