Identify and create better workflow for dealing with a yard on the layout. #12

SwitchList was built for a layout with only staging yards, but visible yards
are much more prevalent on model railroads. Figure out the workflow and needed
reports for helping a regular yard crew prepare trains.

Standard solution: print yard list, let yardmaster sort everything to match
next train's needs, repeat.

Alternate approach: use RFID or other scheme to keep track of what cars
actually leave with train, and print switchlist then.

another approach: create an explicit ordering of trains (#1: Campbell Cannery
Turn and San Jose Cannery Turn, #2: all others) so that SwitchList knows to
print a report for the yard to shuffle cars, and can switch cars from one to
another.

Another possibility is an explicit button for "reassign any cars that got moved
into the yard NOW."

The web interface and native printing interface are at odds here - the web
interface wants to be "what are the cars I deal with now?" The native
interface wants to be static - print everything out beforehand. One additional
possibility would be to keep the desktop version focused on the batch model and
adjusting positions, and an iPad version focused on the immediate.
