Most users probably want simple divisions - "here", "cars going to west coast",
"cars going to east coast", "cars moving locally." SwitchList ought to create
a simple wizard that would ask the user about which railroad they model and
which state they're in, and automatically chooses a small set of divisions (and
automatically tags freight cars based on road name.)
This information could be in a configuration file, and could be a nice source
of contributions.
