Hard to debug HTML switchlists #56

As currently set up, it's hard to debug HTML switchlists and documents without 
going into "web server mode" so pages can be viewed in a normal web browser.

Consider always allowing a control-click on a report name or switchlist button 
to open the associated document in Safari.
