New SwitchList documents don't have a default set of car types. #76

A new SwitchList document has an empty list of car types. This doesn't give new users a chance to figure out what car types look like, and make quick-and-dirty examples harder to write. This used to work before 1.3.

To reproduce:

Launch SwitchList.
Create a new document.
Go to the Layout tab.
Note the car types dialog is empty.
