pretrained model can not download? #23

I can not open the link on my side, maybe blocked? How to disable this file or simple manually download it?

This is the HRNet pretrained weight: https://github.com/bowenc0221/panoptic-deeplab/blob/f36a2d063911370aa71400e0d8a678e992147d56/segmentation/model/backbone/hrnet.py#L35-L40

Could you try again? It might be caused by the internet connection issue.

You can also manually download it from https://github.com/HRNet/HRNet-Image-Classification#imagenet-pretrained-models and update config:
