rename request: bootstrap-sass-switch + angular-bootstrap-sass-switch #189

Hello, I setup a couple wrapper packages that basically just remove the bootstrap dependency from the originals (because my project uses bootstrap-sass instead of vanilla bootstrap).

However, for better consistency with the original packages, I think they should be renamed as:

bootstrap-sass-switch -> bootstrap-switch-sass

angular-bootstrap-sass-switch -> angular-bootstrap-switch-sass

Hmm, just checked and bootstrap-switch-sass is already taken. Nevermind I guess.
