change repo url for httprom

Hi, I have accidentally registered a package that is hosted on a private gitlab installation. Now I can't unregister it.

I would actually prefer to change the repo url. So can you please change the repo url for httprom to https://github.com/iamso/httprom.git

I cannot register as repository is empty. It's unregistered now
