CORS headers #74

It would be nice is the API send back the CORS headers.

+1 this will be in the rewrite, currently the stats api endpoint http://stats.bower.io/api/1/data/all returns:

Access-Control-Allow-Headers:X-Requested-With
Access-Control-Allow-Origin:*
Cache-Control:public, max-age=86400
Connection:keep-alive
