Check French Translation #212

Seems like the translator forgot to translate the FSA description. Ashlea made a guess of :

(1) in gis.clj

"fsa" "qui est une unité postal"

Is this right?

(2) in tags.clj

the translator says, regarding:

South Asian (East Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, etc.)

"Indiens, Pakistanais, Sri Lankais, etc." and commented "There is no equivalent in French"

Is this ok?

(3) in tags.clj

The English was:

Thank you, MappingCommunities Team

Ashlea made a guess at the translation

"Merci, L'équipe MappingCommunities"

Is this right?
