Follow-up info for lottery #220

Daniel, Can we ask Rs who want to participate in the lottery to give us their email address? Or, does this have to go thru VC again? I assume we'd only ask for mailing address after we contact winners.

I am not sure about the answer to this. I assume we probably can't ask them for their email. But VC will have it.

ok. so i assume we'll just have a question where they can check if they want to be considered for the lottery or not. i also assume we won't mention the lottery on page 1, so as not to offend those who answer surveys because they are civic-minded?

I think this makes sense. Let's have it on the last page. The need to complete the survey to enter.
