Is it worth making html default output or additional output for handouts? #1

The idea here is that not everyone may have latex installed but it might feel good to go from .Rmd to .html to .docx or something like that.

This was a quick fix in commit 9c55e51 and doesn't change the original. Now can knit to pdf and knit to html.
