People eventually leave the team for professional reasons, but want to stay involved with the team personally.

We should invent a way for them to receive invites to not-quite-work (happy hour) events, without requiring work credentials.

QED, events sent to an email should be distributed to personal mails.

Both Teams and Outlook use a content-type:text/calendar in the invitation/cancelation/update mail.
