Signing pages do not display decayed quorums #21

They are static assets that display, for example, "1 of 5" will always displaying on the signing page when signing with HW 1 in the delayed wallet.

Each page, sign1of5-sign5of5 needs to have a calculate_decay_time check to determine the correct spending quorum to display...OR alternatively check the PSBT config on any device other than HW 1
