Move hard-coded color gradients to the color scheme #148

Now that we can add a custom color scheme, it should also affect the gradients behind some titles.

Because these changes clearly belong to the color scheme, I will change the currently hard-coded gradients into CSS variables, which are also defined in the color scheme and not in specific classes.
