Featured images #169

I really like this theme. I am in the process of migrating my own website to this theme. I discovered that some features are not documented, such as the so-called 'featured images'. Only by examining the example site did I realize that some images are named 'featured', which enables all the functionality.

In the example site, the featured images of the blog posts are stored in the tags folder. Is there any particular reason for this? I experimented a bit with it, and it also works when you add that image to the resources in the front matter of the blog post itself. The only requirement appears to be that there's an image named 'featured'.

Anyway, this is by far the best theme I have found for Hugo. It requires a bit of study to use, but it is worth the effort. Kudos!
