Make the shortcode relref in Markdown links obsolete #88

The shortcode is working fine and I’m using it very often in Markdown links. But it seems to be possible to code a render-link.html, with the same functionality.

It needs to process correctly as many links as possible. The relref output too, of course, for backwards compatibility.

Just saw Joe Moorings article on Veriphor. This could be it and better.
