Provide a tab delim file to be read by make_ref of GI and EC that are known to be associated with genome but are not present in annotation. These EC numbers will propogate to internal nodes but will not be used for metabolic pathway prediction.

Should follow format: GCFXXXX,1.2.3.4.5,T

It should also be possible to add pathways.
