Currently it is not possible to distinguish which pgdbs belong to draft genomes except by matching GI numbers. This makes it difficult to quickly remove and rebuild draft genomes as drafts are updated/completed. Draft genomes should be labeled DRAFT_GCF...cyc or some such for easy id and removal.
