run dockerfiles #125

The dockerfile parser is well segmented from the rest of the docker codebase. Extract the parser and apply it to box's executor interface (docker integration only for now).

Omit statements that we don't support, like VOLUME.

So this would be to help users porting their Dockerfiles to box?

Yes, or just using box in general as a generic build system.
