Update Users_Deprovision.ps1 #379

Added a TestMode flag around the TransferContent and users:delete sections so that the script can be tested before anything destructive is done. There is a flag at the top of the file that needs an uppercase 'N' in order for the script to delete the users

Thanks @johnjamesmarsh for your PR. Do you actually mind re-opening it and we can review and merge that?

I think it is a great addition to the existing script and having a possibility of skipping the deletion part is helpful.

Hi Mike,

I have resubmitted my change. I'm not that used to adding changes with Git so I have created another with the same changes. It's a very simple change but I wanted it for myself so thought it would be good to add back in for anyone else.

I'm working on tme.box.com.
