Adds documentation site #55

Instructions for running the docs site still needs to be written up in the README—basic gist is:

$ gem install jekyll $ npm install $ grunt docs

Am I forgetting anything, @susanjrobertson?

Yeah; I’m willing to shrug that off for now. I’ll see if I can work around it at some stage, but I wouldn’t hold off on merging.
