Why would this be beneficial

Benefits

Greatly increase of the use of this for software developers

i would the license of the program will be registered on a support (disk,key,cd-rom) and the user saves for him , as a contract and the developer installed his program by the pc and not decharge by a website with the personal information enter . Then the software would be installed by a license on a background with any settlements of his choice . he can formatted and reply the version on the computer when he want . So , he can creates a historical of his programs and licenses . what of did ?
