Add line numbers #33

Added a possible solution for line numbers for file storages #30

Currently implemented for all storage types that use the array trait so yaml, json and php. ini and po are a little bit differnt so I first wanted your opinion on the approach :D

I now also added the line numbers to the validate output, not only the json report
