Closes #244 at least for Windows 10. It seems many of the server templates already have this block.

Awesome. Thanks you. I don't have parallels or access to osx so I'm unable to test this on that virtualization platform.

Does issue #244 also affect the Win2k16 templates as well on parallels? (these templates work for me on vmware, which is why I ask)

It looks like those ones already have the prlctl blocks to disable EFI.
