Install Ruby 2.2.3 & 2.1.7 rather than 2.1.0, 2.1.1 & 2.1.2
Update puppet-ruby (8.5.2 -> 8.5.3). This updates ruby-build to the latest tag which includes fixes for compiling Ruby 1.9.3 on Mac OS X 10.11.
